Laboratory Capabilities
The laboratory of Smartgiant Technology covers a construction area of approximately 900 square meters, and has planned and built specialized functional areas including CNAS-Accredited Laboratory, Electronic Laboratory, Reliability Laboratory, Optical Laboratory, Radiation Thermometry Laboratory (Infrared Thermometry Laboratory), Welding Room, and Instrument Warehouse.
It mainly undertakes the electrical performance, environmental adaptability testing and reliability testing of the company’s self-developed instruments, functional modules and various electronic products, providing professional technical support for product R&D iteration and full-process quality control.
It is currently equipped with more than 230 sets of high-precision, metrological-standardized professional instruments and meters, covering core equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, thermal imagers, and high-low temperature test chambers. All instruments have completed metrological calibration in accordance with specifications, with stable performance and accurate, traceable data, which can fully meet the testing needs of electronic product R&D verification, reliability testing, factory inspection, and all projects within the scope of CNAS accreditation.

CNAS Laboratory
This laboratory is accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and operates under a standardized quality management system in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025. Our testing reports are globally recognized with equal validity, providing authoritative evidence for product development, certification, and production sampling inspection. With accredited testing capabilities, our reports are trusted and credible worldwide.

Electronics Laboratory
The Electronics Laboratory has four core functions:
- R&D verification and design optimization.
- Full electrical performance testing.
- Fault analysis and root cause location.
- Standard compliance testing.
It conducts comprehensive electrical performance testing, including voltage, current, impedance, power, signal integrity, timing, EMC/EMI, ESD, and surge immunity. We verify compliance of electrical parameters across circuits, modules, and complete systems, ensuring product reliability and stability under complex working conditions.

Reliability Laboratory
The Reliability Laboratory simulates the harsh environments that products may encounter during transportation, storage and use, exposes potential design and process defects of products at an early stage, and assesses their stability and durability during long-term use.
Core testing capabilities:
- Climatic environmental testing.
- Mechanical environment testing (Mechanical stress testing).
- Comprehensive environmental testing.


Optical Laboratory
It aims to comprehensively verify the imaging sharpness, color, exposure, white balance and lens resolution of cameras through standardized optical testing and real-scene shooting evaluation, accurately identify imaging defects, and ensure the stable compliance of product imaging quality.

Radiometric Temperature Measurement Laboratory
The Radiation Thermometry Laboratory (Infrared Thermometry Laboratory) aims to carry out the detection and calibration of infrared temperature measurement equipment and standard blackbody itself by relying on standard blackbodies and metrological instruments. At the same time, it completes the metrological traceability of contact temperature measurement equipment with graded platinum resistors to ensure the metrological accuracy and performance compliance of various temperature measurement instruments.
Test Capabilities:
- Contact temperature measurement: mK level.
- Radiative temperature measurement: 100 mK level.
- Blackbody stability: mK level.
- Blackbody accuracy: 10 mK level.
- Ambient stability: ≤5 mK.

SMT Workshop
The SMT Workshop delivers fully automated, high-speed chip placement with support for 01005 ultra-miniature components. With placement accuracy of ±28μm and daily throughput exceeding 1 million placement points, it operates as an ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom—a critical enabler for achieving product miniaturization, high density, and enhanced performance.

ISO Class 6 Cleanroom
The ISO Class 6 cleanroom provides an ultra-clean environment supporting precision assembly of 0.1mm-scale micro-components and contamination-free processing of optical surfaces. It delivers exceptional environmental protection for high-end applications in medical devices, automotive safety systems, and precision optics.
Core Capabilities:
- Precision Micro-Assembly: Supports assembly of 0.1mm-scale micro-components, widely applied in precision manufacturing such as chip packaging and MEMS sensors.
- Contamination-Free Optical Surface Processing: Ensures zero particle adhesion on optical surfaces, maintains nanoscale surface finish, and guarantees performance of modules such as lenses and lasers.
- ISO Class 6 Clean Environment: In accordance with ISO Class 6 standards, the particle count (≥0.5μm) is ≤1,000 particles per cubic meter, providing a solid foundation for precision manufacturing.

ATS Workshop
The ATS Workshop covers the complete value stream of assembly, testing, burn-in, and maintenance. Through automated testing and rigorous environmental validation, it delivers 100% inspection coverage, serving as the strongest quality barrier before product shipment and guaranteeing high reliability.

Heavy-Duty Assembly Workshop
The Heavy-Duty Assembly Workshop integrates robotic arms and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems to achieve intelligent, flexible precision assembly of large-scale equipment. It combines the efficiency of large-scale production with customization capability, serving sectors including construction machinery and new energy.

- Closed-Loop Improvement System: Establishes a closed-loop management system following the cycle “Defect Analysis → Failure Root Cause Analysis → Yield Improvement” to systematically identify root causes, continuously optimize production processes, and improve overall product yield and quality.
